The Bayanihan Center was conceptualized by the Seafood City Corporation when they planned to build their Seafood City
grocery store in Vallejo, as a way to give back to the community. With the visionary support of Greg Macabenta, Mel &
Belle Orpilla, and Val Flores, the Bayanihan Center has become a busy thriving place to meet, greet and learn.
